The house is part of an old Maltings which was converted in the mid 80s. and modernised in 2017. It is situated on the coast road at Brancaster Staithe overlooking the sea, Brancaster Golf Course, Scolt Head and the marshes. The conversion was of a high standard with many of the old features being incorporated in the new dwellings.
